The Department of ENT & HNS is one of the oldest clinical department in YCM Hospital since it's foundation in 1989. The Department has been serving patients from all sectors of the society in vicinity of PCMC, Pune District and Interiors of Maharashtra.

Various services provided by the department include Daily OPD facilities,24 hrs Emergency Services, Audiology and speech therapy centre, Speciality clinics focussing on Vertigo, Voice analysis, and cancer screening. Operative facilities available include state of art equipments and Operation theatres, MicroEar Surgeries Facial Plastic Surgeries, Cosmetic Rhinoplasty, Endoscopic Sinus surgeries,Head and Neck cancer Surgeries, Phonosurgery, Sleep Apnea Surgeries.
